Most couples book 3–9 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (spring and fall in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, and Amelia Island). Prime Saturday dates fill quickly. We recommend checking availability as soon as your venue is secured.

  • Standard backdrop (or upgraded custom option)

Premium packages may include:
  • 360 video booth

  • Cold sparks or special effects
WiFi is not required for the booth to operate.
However, a stable WiFi connection improves real-time sharing speeds. If venue WiFi is unavailable, we can discuss hotspot solutions. Media can always be delivered digitally after the event.

For optimal setup, we typically require:

  • 8’ x 8’ space minimum

  • One standard electrical outlet (110V)

For 360 booths or special effect add-ons, slightly more space may be needed. We’ll confirm exact dimensions during planning and coordinate with your venue.
