Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy To secure your event date and services, a non-refundable booking retainer is required at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only after the retainer is received and the service agreement is signed. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise stated in writing. Events booked within 7 days of the event date require full payment at booking. Dates are reserved on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis. We do not hold dates without payment. Cancellation Policy Because our services are reserved exclusively for your event date, all retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event: The retainer is forfeited, but any additional payments made beyond the retainer may be applied as a credit toward a future event, valid for up to 12 months, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event: All payments are forfeited. No credits or refunds will be issued. Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refunds or credits will be provided. In the unlikely event Glam Shots Photo 360 must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be fully refunded or credited at the client’s discretion.
