Glam Shots Photo 360 LLC
At Glam Shots Photo 360, each event date is reserved exclusively, and preparation begins immediately upon booking. Because our services are custom, event-based, and date-specific, the following policy applies:
Booking & Retainer
• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.• Events are not confirmed until agreement and retainer are received.• The retainer reserves your date and covers planning, staffing, and customization.
Cancellations
60+ Days Before Event• Payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded.
30–59 Days Before Event• 25% of the total contracted amount becomes non-refundable.
Less Than 30 Days Before Event• No refunds will be issued.• Full contracted balance remains due.
Because our dates are limited and often booked months in advance, short-notice cancellations prevent rebooking.
Rescheduling
• One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 30 days prior.• New date must be within 6 months and is subject to availability.• If the new date is unavailable, cancellation terms apply.
Custom & Branded Items
Custom overlays, motion graphics, signage, branded activations, and printed materials are non-refundable once production begins.
Weather & Outdoor Events
Clients are responsible for providing a covered and safe setup space. Weather-related cancellations are subject to the standard cancellation policy.
Service Guarantee
If Glam Shots is unable to perform due to verified equipment failure or staff error, a proportional refund will be issued for services not delivered.
